Maureen knows that every woman is capable of being an extraordinary leader and of achieving ridiculous levels of success in their lives. Her passion is bringing out the potential in female leaders and she truly believes that when women are fully represented at the executive level in corporate America, we will begin to solve large global problems in a meaningful way. Maureen also believes that we need to tuck the next generation of female leaders under our wings when they are still girls so that they can step into their leadership at an earlier age.
